I am an organized administrative and project support professional with a career rooted in high-stakes research and operations. In my previous role as a Research Aide/Assistant, I directly supported complex government project feasibility studies. My primary responsibilities centered around managing massive data repositories, building secure data banking systems, and driving seamless stakeholder coordination. Navigating these multi-layered government projects required me to maintain strict confidentiality standards while ensuring that diverse internal and external teams remained perfectly aligned.

Through this experience, I developed a strong passion for operational efficiency, which has driven my interest in remote Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator roles. I specialize in backend administrative operations, specifically calendar optimization, high-efficiency scheduling, and inbox management.

My technical toolkit is focused on remote-first efficiency. I heavily rely on Google Workspace for data organization and document drafting, and I use Slack as my primary command center to facilitate real-time team collaboration, tracking, and updates.
