At Magna Consulting, I elicit and document requirements for business and technology solutions, including an insurance platform and a vehicle transgression management system. I translate business needs into user stories, use cases and functional specifications.
I work with stakeholders and development teams throughout the requirements lifecycle, from clarifying needs to supporting testing and solution validation. I also design user interfaces and journeys in Figma and model processes using BPMN.
For these projects, I perform manual and regression testing, support user acceptance testing, and analyse data with PostgreSQL and Excel. I use Claude Code in AI-assisted development workflows, including requirements analysis and feature development.
At Sand Dollar Design, I was a UI/UX Design Intern, conducting usability testing and developing Figma wireframes and prototypes. My BCom Honours in Informatics included a final-year full-stack project where I served as Lead Business Analyst, using Angular, ASP.NET Core and SQL Server.
