At Codegarden, I gathered requirements for a medical client's web portal and translated them into specifications for the development team. The client purchased the portal after it was delivered within the agreed timeframe.
I also managed Agile sprint cycles, documented project requirements, and designed process flows using MS Visio, Lucidchart, and draw.io. I represented Codegarden at industry conferences and helped onboard five clients to its AI WhatsApp survey bot.
At the University of Johannesburg, I supported end-user computing classes and worked on systems projects, including a postgraduate management system and a time-tracking system. My work included sprint presentations, test documentation, defect tracking, and process improvement.
