Hi, I'm Renee. I've spent 10+ years as an HR Business Partner across healthcare, retail, distribution, and manufacturing, and I do my best work at the intersection of people and data — turning what's actually happening on the ground into decisions leadership can act on.

A few things I'm proud of: I lead complex employee relations investigations and have a consistent track record of mitigating risk while keeping outcomes fair for everyone involved. I led monthly virtual Civil Treatment training across multiple regions — work that directly moved the needle on morale and turnover. I've also led HR through numerous new contract start-ups, building staffing and onboarding structures from scratch so new operations launch smoothly from day one. And when a leadership gap opened up on my team, I didn't wait to be asked — I stepped in and mentored four HR professionals through the transition while still carrying my own full caseload.

I'm looking for my next role now — ideally somewhere I can settle in for the long haul, doing the kind of HR work I do best: close to the people, close to the data, and genuinely useful to the leaders I support.
