At Neiman Marcus, I partner with Store Directors and senior retail leaders across multiple locations on employee relations, performance, staffing, compliance, and day-to-day people decisions.

I've led complex investigations, coached leaders through corrective action and difficult conversations, and identified workforce trends to strengthen engagement, retention, accountability, and team effectiveness. I also support workforce planning, internal mobility, leadership development, and organizational change in high-volume retail environments.

Previously, at Benevis and Caring People, I supported multi-state healthcare operations through employee relations, investigations, onboarding, recruiting, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, compliance, and manager training.

I'm also an Assistant Residential Manager at Life's WORC, where I lead daily operations, supervise direct support staff, and partner with clinical, nursing, and senior leadership to maintain service continuity and regulatory compliance.
