I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) healthcare professional trained in Peru as a Medical Doctor, with experience supporting both clinical and administrative operations in U.S. outpatient settings. In my current patient-facing work, I focus on care coordination and clinic workflow.

I handle patient scheduling, referral coordination, telehealth support, and patient intake—managing high patient volumes while keeping communication clear and efficient between patients and providers. I also support clinic operations end-to-end, including check-in/check-out, appointment coordination, and accurate documentation.

I’m comfortable working with electronic medical records such as eClinicalWorks (eClinicalWorks/ECW), DrChrono, and Lobbie, and I handle medical documentation, chart preparation, and post-procedure follow-up calls. I also support insurance verification and prior authorizations, including copays and procedure-related payments.

My clinical foundation includes Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Neonatology, OB/GYN, Gynecology and Obstetrics, and General Surgery internships, along with fast-paced exposure to both outpatient and inpatient care. I bring organized, detail-oriented, patient-centered professionalism—supported by PALS and BLS certifications and a commitment to improving the patient experience.
