At Sani Medical Tourism, I served as the communication link between international clients and healthcare providers. I managed confidential client files and coordinated executive calendars.

At Orben, I managed billing records, bank reconciliations, and government fee reimbursements. I also organized company documentation and handled calendars and correspondence.

At Doctor Cigüeña Clinic, I handled billing and invoicing while providing front-desk customer service. I'm currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering at Universidad del Valle de México (UVM), with an interest in process improvement, project coordination, and operational efficiency.
