At Little Sprouts LLC, I lead learning, talent development, performance, and workforce initiatives for a 40–45 person organization while directing a $3M early education business serving 92 families across eight classrooms.

I've designed and facilitated more than 100 onboarding, compliance, leadership, and professional-development sessions. I translate policies, regulatory requirements, and business expectations into live, virtual, and hands-on learning that improves employee readiness and consistency.

I use coaching, development planning, workforce data, and follow-up to address knowledge, skill, and performance gaps. My work spans the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and interviewing through onboarding, retention, succession readiness, and employee relations.

Earlier, I built training materials, job aids, presentations, and practical coaching as an Assistant Director, and mentored new employees as a Lead Teacher. I bring a foundation in education, adult learning, leadership development, and learning technology including Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, and Schoox.
