I seek a hands-on technical support role focused on API/system reliability, customer onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and reducing customer churn.

I am a Technical Support Engineer with 4+ years of experience delivering enterprise-level API and system integration support, troubleshooting complex connectivity and protocol issues, and improving customer onboarding and retention. At Termii I led API & integration support, endpoint testing, SMPP protocol setup, and collaborated closely with engineering and product teams to improve system reliability and user experience.

I combine technical proficiency in REST/SOAP, SMPP, monitoring and network troubleshooting with strong incident management, account management and cross-functional communication skills. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems, reduce churn, and drive continuous product and service improvements.
