I'm currently building and supporting enterprise network and inter-network infrastructure at One Albania, designing secure data network policies, IP addressing standards, and edge connectivity for multiple corporate locations.

I've delivered a secure, scalable WAN using Cisco and Fortinet NGFWs, site-to-site VPNs, Cisco FMC, and FortiManager. I also strengthened remote access with Microsoft MFA, Cisco ISE, and RADIUS authorization.

My work includes upgrading data-center core switching with Cisco 9600 series switches managed through Cisco DNA, improving automation, monitoring, and operational efficiency. I've also deployed Cisco WLCs integrated with Active Directory and Cisco ISE to provide secure wireless access.

Previously, I supported infrastructure, end users, backup and recovery, hardware, software, servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services across IT Support Specialist and IT Specialist roles. I focus on troubleshooting complex issues, documenting environments, and improving availability, security, and continuity.
