REGEN GARCIA

I’m a Customer Care Representative with hands-on experience supporting customers and managing service needs across multiple BPO environments in the Philippines. I’ve worked in customer-facing roles where accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism matter every day.

From January 2021 to December 2022, I served as a Customer Care Representative at IQOR PHILIPPINES INC. Earlier, I worked at Conduent (formerly XEROX) as a Customer Service Assistant under a Healthcare Payer, and I handled customer support responsibilities through that environment.

In my earlier experience, I also worked as a Collection Agent at RMS COLLECT PHILIPPINES (an IQOR Company) from October 4, 2019 to December 4, 2019. That role strengthened my ability to manage sensitive conversations and follow through to support business needs.

Since February 2023, I’ve been working as a Customer Care Representative at GENPACT SERVICES LLC in Balanga City, Bataan. I bring strong practical skills in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint—to help me stay organized and deliver consistent work quality.
