In my roles, I’ve owned end-to-end operations: market and competitive research, business proposal and partnership pitch creation, operational workflow design, and delivery through execution. I’ve also standardized legal and operational workflows across contracts, approvals, and compliance processes—drafting, reviewing, and negotiating 50+ agreements to reduce external legal dependency.

I bring AI-native workflow design and governance depth, using AI-assisted workflows to speed up research, drafting, and knowledge management while improving consistency. Alongside this, I’m revenue-facing and brand-literate—supporting outreach strategy execution, curriculum and communication workshop facilitation, and product-adjacent coordination (including website/app development) without losing focus on outcomes.
