What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operational transformation, AI-enabled automation, and governance initiatives where I can modernize complex global workflows, build scalable operating models, and improve turnaround times, compliance, and stakeholder outcomes.

At Gartner, I modernize global contract operations by redesigning triage, governance, and operating workflows. I reduced international contract review turnaround time by 60% while sustaining 99.4% SLA compliance.
