I've managed IT infrastructure and operations for Danka Africa Limited and Avery East Africa Ltd, supporting weighbridge, remote industrial, and data-centre environments.

At Avery East Africa, I administered high-availability servers, network devices, and security infrastructure; designed WAN and LAN connectivity; and led infrastructure development across quality assurance, staging, and production environments. I also implemented preventive maintenance, virtualization management, and corrective network actions to improve reliability at remote field sites.

At Danka Africa, I installed and maintained networked systems, virtual servers, hardware, and software while managing patching, access requirements, onboarding, and automation scripts.

I've also led weighbridge operations, schedules, inventory audits, cash reconciliation, customer service, hiring, and staff coaching. Earlier, I operated juice packaging lines at Del Monte Kenya, building practical experience in quality, safety, production documentation, and minimizing downtime.
