What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my hands-on ICT infrastructure, networking, technical support, and systems development experience to deliver reliable support and optimize IT operations.

I've maintained government ICT infrastructure at the Ministry of ICT and Digital Economy, performing preventive maintenance on servers, desktop computers, and high-volume printers to reduce downtime. I also administered LAN/WAN networks and resolved telecommunications and connectivity issues supporting digital service delivery.

At Dedan Kimathi University of Technology, I developed and deployed a web-based academic resource management system and managed MySQL backend databases for secure, highly available concurrent access.

I've also built a distributed supermarket application for networking and database synchronization, and a Python-based legal platform integrating M-Pesa APIs to improve legal accessibility.
