What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an organization where I can apply my IT support skills and integrity—troubleshooting, backups, and user training—while contributing to reliable service delivery and continuous improvement in the technology department.

I’m a hardworking, open-minded IT trainee with a strong focus on perfection and reliability in every task. I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology and aiming to use my professional skills and personal integrity to deliver excellent results for the IT department and the wider technology field.

In my trainee experience at a children’s hospital, I respond to service requests, troubleshoot problems, and help develop practical solutions. I support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software, perform minor repairs, and monitor ICT support backups and procedures to ensure data recovery. I also provide PABX and Outlook Mail support, assist in rolling out new applications by training users, and handle user account/profile setup and password issues while training other interns.

Alongside IT support, I strengthen my accuracy and service mindset through hands-on work in data and operations. At a national health insurance organization, I support registration of new members by capturing and amending records, install computer drives and software, replace and repair printers, and support biometric registration. Through receptionist and administrative roles, I manage visitors and phone calls, draft and print documents, handle billing/expenses and invoicing support, maintain stock and accurate records, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence—so I can serve both technology users and internal teams confidently.
