I’m an Information Systems graduate with hands-on experience across IT administration, technical support, and system testing. I’ve managed IT equipment inventory, logged and prioritized helpdesk tickets, and ensured timely resolution through clear troubleshooting and support workflows.
I also trained staff on Microsoft 365, maintained network availability with routine hardware checks, and diagnosed hardware/software faults. From installing and supporting ICT workstations to ensuring antivirus systems and backups, I bring a practical, service-focused approach and a strong interest in contributing as a Graduate Trainee.
