I’m an ICT specialist with strong experience optimizing and managing IT systems and IT infrastructure. I focus on analyzing complex issues, executing creative technology solutions, and keeping organizational processes running smoothly.

Since May 2023, I’ve been supporting hospital employees by troubleshooting network, software, and hardware issues. I handle installation, upgrading, and maintenance for servers, medical devices, printers, and workstations—while implementing IT best practices, policies, and procedures.

I also supervise and maintain network infrastructure to ensure security and reliability for administrative and medical systems. I ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and data security standards, and I work with third-party service providers and vendors to purchase and maintain IT services and equipment cost-efficiently.

Previously, as an IT Assistant (Nov 2019–Apr 2023) and during my IT Department internship (Oct 2018–Sep 2019), I delivered installation and configuration for hardware and software, monitored network hardware, and provided user support on software updates. I’ve also implemented and mapped ERP systems and supported EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems to enable efficient workflows and patient care.
