What I'm looking for

I’m looking to own end-to-end onboarding and implementation programs—building scalable governance, playbooks, and cross-functional delivery systems that reduce time-to-value and prevent churn, especially where we can 0-to-1 a function.

I’m an implementation and onboarding program manager with 6+ years at the intersection of enterprise delivery, program design, and post-sales operations. I built dbt Labs’ enterprise onboarding function from scratch, scaling it to an 11-person global team across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.

I deliver measurable outcomes end-to-end: reducing time-to-production 65%, owning $5M+ in services revenue, launching a GSI accreditation program covering 187 partner organizations, and maintaining 80% first-year enterprise retention. I’m strongest in roles that require building the function—not just filling the seat.
