I’m looking to drive merchant success in e-commerce by combining account management with data-driven revenue and SLA optimization—owning business reviews, improving seller adoption, and using clear SOPs and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth.

I’m an Account Management professional with 6+ years of experience supporting e-commerce merchant portfolios and improving account performance at Amazon. I focus on merchant success through stakeholder management, structured business reviews, and consultative growth strategies.

In my recent role (Amazon Pay), I led onboarding for 2,500+ stores while maintaining 99% quality compliance. I also reactivated 400+ inactive merchant outlets, activating ~17% of stores and generating ~₹39 Cr in transaction volume within 3 months—supported by sustained engagement and measurable store-level transaction lift.

Previously as a Seller Account Management professional, I managed a portfolio of 200 sellers and consistently drove ~15% quarterly GMS growth by improving adoption of revenue drivers like Prime, Sponsored Ads, and Coupons. I integrated category-level GMS insights into Weekly Business Reviews and collaborated across category, product, and operations teams to improve the seller experience through UI enhancements.

I bring a strong operations mindset as well—building SOP-driven workflows that reduced issue resolution timelines from 21+ days to 3 days.
