What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT hiring, partner closely with stakeholders, strengthen sourcing strategies, mentor recruiters, and improve hiring outcomes across global markets.

At GTT Data, I lead end-to-end hiring for IT and non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation, pre-onboarding, and joining. I use market mapping, proactive sourcing, recruitment drives, and weekly hiring reports to keep critical hiring moving.

I've recruited across US, UK, India, and Canada markets for clients in financial services, healthcare, telecom, BFSI, pharma, automotive, retail, and public-sector domains. My work spans full-time and contract hiring, stakeholder management, client coordination, candidate engagement, and closing roles within turnaround expectations.
