I’m an enthusiastic, reliable, responsible, and hard-working professional with years of experience providing customer service. I’ve been recognized as “employee of the month” twice in two years.

Most recently, I worked as a Travel Consultant, and I’ve also supported operations as a Senior Representative, Operations and as an Operations Coordinator. I bring strong time management, punctuality, teamwork, and adaptability to fast-moving service environments.

On the systems side, I’m comfortable with GDS tools and reservations platforms, including Amadeus Altéa, SITA Laison, and PaxLink. I pair listening and critical thinking with practical problem-solving to keep operations and customer needs aligned.

I earned my BBA in Airlines & Airport Management and I’m currently seeking admission to the management track program to continue improving systems and processes. My goal is to keep growing while delivering dependable service and measurable operational improvements.
