I’m an Operations & Systems Analyst who builds practical automation to improve reporting visibility, reduce manual effort, and support better decision-making. With a Magna Cum Laude background in Information Systems, I focus on turning operational data into clear workflows leaders can act on.

In my current role at The KPI Institute Pty Ltd (Remote), I designed and implemented semi-automated dashboards in Google Sheets to support project reporting, logging, and task time tracking. This reduced manual tracking effort by an estimated 30–40%, while structured tracking workflows improved visibility across projects.

Previously at PT Wiz Technology Indonesia (Remote), I served as an AI CX Project Manager & Data Team Leader, increasing customer contact rate to around 50% through structured QA processes and performance tracking. I built a semi-automated tracking system in Bitable, managed multiple AI-driven customer experience projects, and used data analysis to continuously refine outreach strategy performance.

I also continuously upskill—currently AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner—and I enjoy working closely with leadership to audit operational data, maintain reliable tracking logs, and strengthen team performance standards. My professional ethos is simple: automate what’s repeatable, measure what matters, and keep workflows consistent over time.
