What I'm looking for

I'm targeting Ecommerce Operations, Ecommerce Administration, Ecommerce Analyst, and Business Analyst roles where I can improve KPI reporting, dashboards, fulfillment processes, and multi-store operational performance.

I'm coordinating reporting and operational activities across eight Carrefour stores at MAF Carrefour Hypermarkets’ Qatar Head Office. I prepare daily and weekly reports, manage 50+ Excel and reporting files, and monitor performance across the network.

I build and maintain Excel dashboards, process raw source-system data, and automate KPI reporting to reduce repetitive manual work. My reporting covers operational performance, service quality, inventory, compliance, and audit controls.

Previously, I led ecommerce operations across eight Carrefour stores, supporting 500+ Express orders daily and 700+ during peak weekends. I coordinated 60+ operational staff—including administrators, pickers, and drivers—and scaled teams to 100+ during high-demand periods.

I've also coordinated end-to-end home delivery operations and developed SOPs and training materials to strengthen service quality and team performance. I'm building on my Advanced Excel and Google Data Analytics background while developing Power BI skills for ecommerce and business analysis roles.
