What I'm looking for
I support municipal HR operations end to end, maintaining personnel records and HRIS data for approximately 375 employees across multiple departments. I focus on data integrity, compliance with records retention requirements, and audit-ready documentation while coordinating onboarding, verifications, and personnel actions.
I handle benefits administration, retirement and leave documentation, and employee status changes with careful attention to confidentiality. I also assist recruitment workflows (job postings, applicant processing, interview scheduling, candidate communications) and support employee relations through policy interpretation and documentation review.
Beyond HR, I’ve processed insurance claims and served as a remote insurance agent, strengthening my documentation discipline and compliance mindset. I’m currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics and preparing for SHRM-CP certification to bring stronger workforce reporting and insights to HR leadership.
