What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-driven Human Resources Administrator with a strong administrative background and a steady, dependable approach in fast-moving environments. I support teams by managing daily HR priorities and keeping full-cycle processes organized from start to finish.
In my current role as a Human Resources Administrator at Lanco Integrated, I coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing onboarding support. I also assist with benefits administration and help support day-to-day Human Resources operations for a mid-sized company.
Previously, at Cross Insurance, I worked as a Claims Assistant, where I processed and managed claim files with accuracy and handled adjuster requests and claim payments. I communicated regularly with adjusters and claimants and managed daily and weekly reporting, while organizing and distributing incoming mail, faxes, and other communications.
Before that, as a Team Lead & HR Assistant at The Opportunity Alliance, I supported recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and background screenings. I maintained confidential employee records and helped process departmental payments and reconcile invoices related to hiring and onboarding expenses.
