I’m an analytical, service-driven professional with 5+ years of experience supporting operations, administrative processes, and data-driven decision making within healthcare environments. I bring strong strengths in Excel reporting, electronic systems management, and workflow coordination, with a focus on maintaining data accuracy in high-volume settings.
In healthcare, I’ve supported patient intake and service readiness by conducting patient registration, insurance verification, and payment processing, while maintaining accurate patient records within electronic health record systems. I also coordinated with clinical staff to support efficient admissions and scheduling processes, and analyzed patient service information to reduce billing delays and registration errors.
