At Daraz, I manage FlowHCM, AliWork, Ding, and SAP SuccessFactors, supporting accurate employee data and seamless HR operations. I led the multi-country migration of SAP Vacation and Performance modules to AliWork, from requirements and policy mapping through UAT, training, and rollout.

Previously at Contour Software, I developed Workday reports and dashboards, managed EIB integrations, supported acquisitions, configured time-off plans, and created customized Workday career sites. I partnered with HR teams across North America, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand to deliver enhancements, resolve support issues, and maintain secure, compliant processes.

My earlier talent acquisition and HR operations experience includes candidate screening, onboarding, job postings, ATS data management, recruitment reporting, and attendance support. I bring an Information Technology background to business analysis, HRIS, and practical process improvement.
