I oversee a five-person team, lead collections, dispute resolution, cash application, reconciliations, and overdue management, and support global transformation initiatives.
I’ve partnered on HighRadius design, testing, and deployment to automate cash application and payment processing, led AR transitions and reverse transitions, and established controls, KPIs, SOPs, and DSO-reduction strategies.
