I’m an Accounts Receivable & Debt Collection Specialist with 5+ years of experience in customer account management, collections, dispute resolution, and financial operations. I focus on improving payment recovery while keeping customer communication clear and accurate across regions.

In my current role, I manage accounts receivable and collection processes for multiple international clients, coordinating with customers across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. I investigate payment discrepancies, ensure accurate cash application using remittance information, and support billing adjustments and dispute resolution.

I work efficiently with tools like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Jira, Zuora, and Power BI, and I generate financial reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. I also support onboarding and training for new team members, and earlier in my career I led daily retail store operations, inventory management, reporting, and customer escalations.
