I’m a Senior Team Lead specializing in Trust & Safety and content moderation operations, with proven experience leading large-scale teams of 100+ members. I’m passionate about creating safer digital spaces while building performance-driven, high-trust team cultures.

At TELUS Digital, I currently lead end-to-end content moderation operations, overseeing daily quality standards and team performance. I drive results through coaching, structured performance management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement—while ensuring compliance with client policies and maintaining high accuracy and productivity.

Previously, I led a content moderation team at Gear Inc., where I owned performance monitoring, audits, and process improvements.
