I’m looking for a team where I can lead user research and usability testing, build accessible, emotionally intelligent UX, and use AI-assisted tools to turn insights into measurable product improvements across web and enterprise experiences.

I’m an innovative product designer and experience research strategist with 18+ years of turning complexity into clarity. I leverage user research, usability testing, and critical thinking to craft data-driven designs that elevate user satisfaction.

At LTIMindtree, I created user-centric interfaces for web and mobile that optimized user journeys and boosted conversions. I conducted usability testing and user research to refine product features, developed wireframes and prototypes, and implemented design systems to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

Since joining NEO Technology, I design emotionally intelligent and intuitive user journeys by leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. I advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.0), build conversational UX frameworks for chatbots and AI-driven interfaces, and use AI-assisted tools (Figma AI, Adobe Sensei, Claude AI, Maze, Dovetail, Otter.ai) to accelerate documentation and insight generation.
