What I'm looking for

I’m looking to design end-to-end product and AI-native experiences where I can pair user research with data-informed iteration, build scalable design systems, and work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguity into actionable roadmaps.

I’ve owned end-to-end product design across 8+ enterprise clients at Deloitte Digital, spanning fintech, banking, SaaS, B2B, and eCommerce on web, iOS, and Android. I built and scaled a 200+ component Figma design system for enterprise clients, while tightening design-to-dev handoffs.

I translate complex workflows into user-first interaction guidelines and accessibility standards, partnering with PMs, engineering leads, and C-level stakeholders to refine requirements and balance tradeoffs. I validate decisions through moderated usability testing and user interviews, then turn findings into personas and mental models that shape roadmap choices.

On the AI side, I independently developed an LLM-powered fintech recommendation engine using the Claude API—defining prompt architecture, function-calling schemas, and dialog flow, plus a structured test set to catch failure modes and edge cases.
