What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team where I can lead AI-native product design and research, turn user behaviour into measurable decisions, and collaborate with engineers to deliver inclusive, accessible experiences across web and mobile.

I’m an Experience Design Senior Associate with 6+ years designing AI-driven, multi-platform digital products across financial services, enterprise, and B2B SaaS environments. I blend user needs with business goals using a rigorous design thinking toolkit—POV statements, HMW frameworks, Crazy 8s, mental models, storyboarding, and iterative usability testing.

I specialize in information architecture, inclusive design, accessibility standards, and voice/conversational interface design. Having transitioned from IBM software engineer, I bring strong technical literacy around APIs, microservices, and client-side constraints—so design intent stays feasible and shippable.

In recent work, I’ve led end-to-end experience research and transformed qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insight dashboards and measurable outcomes. I actively use AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Emergent, VS Code) to prototype quickly and close the gap between Figma and working product—while ensuring participants and interfaces represent diverse abilities, backgrounds, and contexts.
