What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate executive and operational priorities, support clients and stakeholders, and contribute to marketing, communication, and process improvement in an international environment.

At Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, I provide executive and operational support to the Retail Agency department, managing calendars, contracts, financial processes, CRM data, reports, and commercial presentations. I help keep property, asset, and documentation systems accurate and accessible in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Previously, at Quinta da Plansel and Montado do Freixo do Meio, I coordinated wine tourism, front-office operations, executive administration, marketing campaigns, events, travel logistics, and multilingual client communication. I also run an independent travel consultancy and collaborate on translation, proofreading, editing, photography, and digital content projects.
