I'm a Mechanical Engineer (UNIFEI) with an MBA in Finance (PUCRS), combining analytical rigor with execution-driven leadership. I've built a track record across financial markets and technology, bridging business and technical delivery with an owner mindset.

As CTO at Urânia Planetários e Observatórios (~80-person scaleup operating 18 mobile planetariums across Brazil), I led the "AI First" strategic decision. The system we built sustains the company's daily operation connecting commercial, marketing, data, product, and operations through influence without formal hierarchy.

I'm hands-on with applied AI and data-enabled operations: I lead a lean tech team and built an internal AI platform with agents in production (versioned prompts, model selection, context routing, observability, and cost tracking). I also structured agile delivery with traceability and reinforced operational governance across data, BI, and CRM to improve executive decision-making.

In parallel (2023–2025), I worked as an independent investment advisor at Veedha (XP-affiliated), managing R$37M AUC across 70–90 retail clients. During the same window, I structured Urânia's sales operations from scratch —centralizing commercial execution in Kommo, deploying conversational AI for lead qualification and CRM enrichment, and scaling a funnel peaking at 700 leads/day.

Earlier, I worked as an Equities Specialist Investment Advisor at EQI (BTG-affiliated), covering 100–120 private clients with R$100M NET under advisory, and as an independent investment advisor — building a personal portfolio from scratch and advising clients through prospecting, sale, and post-sale with metrics-driven routines.
