I'm building AITR, an Engineering Intelligence Layer that reads team code and turns it into decisions leaders can act on.
At AITR, I focus on automated engineering insights: identifying burnout and retention risks, updating boards from commits, catching PR risks, and generating board-ready reports. The product connects to GitHub or GitLab without agents or complex setup.
Previously, I led projects and partnered at Infratoken, overseeing project delivery, strategic planning, business development, and software development lifecycle work.
I've also served as COO and Software Engineer at Krlian and as a Software Engineer at NTT DATA Europe & Latam, combining software delivery with technical project leadership and stakeholder management.
