What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a B2B team in a mature engineering culture where I can own business-to-production delivery as an AI-native IC—handling undefined, high-impact problems, architecting the right system, and shipping reliable outcomes with modern LLM tooling.

I’m a business strategist with engineering hands, and my edge is reading how a business makes money before I build the system that moves the needle. With 10+ years shipping data products across operations and finance—controllership and finance, supply chain, maintenance, workforce and labor—I think in outcomes first, engineering second.

I’m at my best when someone brings me an undefined business problem with real impact and lets me figure out the right system to solve it in B2B contexts. I’m a backward learner: I feel the problem first, build toward the solution, and learn whatever I need to ship.

When AI gave me the leverage to deliver alone what used to take a team, I stepped back into IC. I work AI-native—using modern tooling like Claude Code and Cursor—while staying production-obsessed with Azure Databricks + PySpark + Papermill, schema-drift detection, data-quality assertions, and idempotent checkpointing for reliability (e.g., 99.99%).

Recently I shipped an AI-native 9-stage labor-compliance pipeline on PySpark/Databricks (44 clauses audited at ~99.99% reliability), built causal analysis to isolate a key driver out of 30+ (r=+0.79) explaining 42.3% operational loss, and delivered a production RAG agent on LangGraph with rigorous evaluation (0 hallucinations on a 35-question battery). I’m now closing a streaming gap (Kafka/Flink) and building a multiagent full-cycle delivery system to keep delivery tight, governable, and business-aligned.
