What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to transition into enterprise network infrastructure, deepen my Cisco-focused networking skills, and grow into a network analyst role.

I support mission-critical communication and technology operations at Orlando Health, monitoring multiple systems in a high-volume, 24×7 hospital environment. I use Cisco phone systems, document incidents, identify issues, and coordinate time-sensitive escalations across clinical teams and departments.

With a B.S. in Computer Programming and CompTIA A+ training in progress, I’m building toward a network analyst role through TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and hardware troubleshooting.
