At Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, I maintain enterprise Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware vCenter, and Microsoft Exchange/O365 environments that support 24/7 clinical and administrative operations. I manage patching, access controls, virtual machines, email services, upgrades, and elevated end-user support while helping minimize disruption to patient care.
I've supported healthcare technology through Randstad Digital, coordinated device deployment and IT service workflows, and helped implement system, hardware, and Electronic Health Record upgrades. I also led technology and telephony services at a newly contracted correctional facility for Viapath Technologies, including point-to-point wireless and VRS deployments for hearing-impaired inmates.
