What I'm looking for
I am an operations and customer support professional with over 10 years of experience managing structured programs, documentation systems, and stakeholder communication. I deliver reliable inquiry management, workflow optimization, and cross-team coordination for organizations scaling operations.
In my current role I manage operational support for 424 active members and coordinate execution of 20+ events annually, ensuring structured planning, documentation, and post-event reporting. I maintain organized member databases, operational tracking sheets, and support expense tracking and reporting.
Previously I served as Digital Marketing Manager where I managed customer inquiry tracking, coordinated follow-ups between sales, design, and customer-facing teams, and maintained reporting dashboards. As a lecturer, I standardized lesson workflows, managed coordination for 60–120 students per cycle, and maintained performance and compliance records.
I am strong with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel reporting, Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack and remote collaboration tools, and I seek remote Customer Operations, Program Operations, or Support Operations roles in SaaS or growth-stage startups where I can improve processes and ensure reliable service delivery.
