I am a detail-oriented HR and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central fresher with practical experience configuring Foundation and MDF objects, data models, picklists, workflows, role-based permissions, and employee master data management. I have applied these skills in end-to-end EC configuration and testing during project work.

I complement my SAP EC experience with strong Advanced Excel and Power BI abilities, building MIS reports, pivot tables, dashboards, and visualizations to support HR reporting and analytics. I created salary and attendance sheets, interactive Power BI dashboards, and used DAX and Power Query for data preparation and calculation.

I am eager to begin an entry-level HR / SAP EC role where I can support HR operations, improve HRIS processes, and continue learning technical and domain skills to contribute to organizational success.
