At Outline Systems, I managed end-to-end employee onboarding, master data, lifecycle changes, exits, attendance, leave administration and payroll inputs. I also supported PF, ESI and gratuity documentation, maintained audit-ready personnel records, and prepared monthly HR MIS reports on headcount and attrition.

I've partnered with IT, admin, payroll and external background-verification vendors to ensure new joiners had complete files, system access and assets before their first day. I also supported HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs and employee engagement activities.

More recently, I supported UnitedHealthcare members at Everise and customers at TaskUs across phone, email and chat, building strong skills in accurate communication, issue resolution and CRM documentation. I'm now developing hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to move into HR technology and integration consulting.
