I’m looking to lead leadership hiring and talent pipelines for enterprise tech (SAP, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps). I want a fast-paced, agile team where I can manage stakeholders, mentor recruiters, drive employer branding, and grow measurable hiring outcomes.

I’m a results-driven recruitment leader with 15+ years of experience in IT & non-IT talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and client relationship management. I’ve delivered niche, complex mandates for Fortune 100 and Big4 clients, including PwC, Accenture, KPMG, Infosys, and Capgemini—building end-to-end recruitment strategies for critical roles.

In my current role as HR Access – Leadership Hiring Specialist (PwC Client), I handle leadership and senior-level mandates, develop sourcing strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and drive employer branding and strategic talent pipeline creation across SAP, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Data Engineering. Previously, at Vellanki Technologies, I led a team of 15 recruiters while managing end-to-end delivery and involvement in client acquisition and stakeholder management.
