Rana El Kadi
@ranaelkadi
Senior strategist and design researcher solving complex social challenges through human-centred, evidence-informed solutions.
What I'm looking for
I am a senior strategist and design researcher with over ten years of experience leading applied research, service design, and implementation across healthcare, disability, immigration, education, arts, and community development sectors.
I move projects from root-cause analysis and system mapping through insight synthesis, co-design, prototyping, and iterative improvement, delivering evidence-informed, user-centred, and scalable solutions.
I have led national and international partnerships with government, academic, non-profit, and community partners, produced strategic insight reports, facilitated stakeholder alignment, and supported early implementation and evaluation.
I bring multimodal, arts-informed research methods, accessibility expertise, and a collaborative facilitation style to develop equitable workforce and community-facing programs that translate research into practice.
