At the Government of Alberta, I led service design and discovery for the Persons with Developmental Disabilities portal and Client Information Management System. I brought users and stakeholders together through co-design workshops, mapped fragmented workflows, and translated findings into prototypes, epics, and user stories; early reporting indicated 10% fewer applicant support calls.
My work connects research, strategic foresight, and visual thinking with practical service delivery. Across government, healthcare, insurance, and financial services, I’ve turned complex evidence into service blueprints, future scenarios, and accessible frameworks—including research on ageing and AgeTech for AGE-WELL.
