I am an entry-level Cloud and Cybersecurity Support professional with hands-on training in security fundamentals, identity and access management, incident analysis, and Python-based task automation. I bring a disciplined troubleshooting mindset focused on resolving access, network, and configuration issues in cloud environments.

My practical experience includes investigating access-control and permission misconfigurations in simulated environments, analyzing system and security logs to identify root causes, automating basic cybersecurity tasks with Python, and diagnosing network and service availability problems. I document problems and resolutions in a support-style format to enable repeatable fixes and knowledge sharing.

I have completed cybersecurity foundations and operations training with hands-on labs using Linux tools and Python automation via Coursera (Google, Cisco). I am seeking cloud or security support roles where I can apply my technical troubleshooting, IAM, and logging experience while continuing to grow in cloud technologies.
