I'm an aspiring cloud engineer building AWS infrastructure and troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Cloud Support or Support Engineer role where I can apply networking, troubleshooting, Linux, and AWS fundamentals in a production environment.

I'm building hands-on cloud and networking skills through AWS labs, Linux environments, and Cisco Packet Tracer projects.

I've designed AWS VPC architectures with public and private subnets, Internet and NAT Gateways, route tables, security groups, and EC2 instances. I've also troubleshot SSH/RDP connectivity issues using structured root-cause analysis.

My networking foundation includes CCNA-level TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, OSPF, RIP, NAT, DHCP, ACLs, and inter-VLAN routing. I'm seeking an entry-level Cloud Support or Support Engineer role where I can apply these skills in a production environment.
