What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can handle customer inquiries end-to-end—collecting overdue payments when needed, and troubleshooting internet and IPTV issues with accurate documentation.

I worked at KM2 SOLUTIONS HONDURAS collecting overdue auto loan payments by phone—talking through payment arrangements, account status, and collection actions.

I documented every customer interaction in collection software and focused on reducing delinquency while meeting individual and departmental targets like collection targets and resolution rates.

Before that, at StarTek San Pedro Sula, I handled customer inquiries for products and services, then diagnosed and resolved technical issues tied to internet connectivity and IPTV.

I’m currently pursuing my Licenciatura en Pedagogia through UNAH Virtual, and I’ve been working on practical career development through English for Career Development (OPEN MOOCs).
