I am a Tech Lead and Support Engineer with over 7 years of experience delivering production support for transaction-intensive systems, including credit card and payment flows. I lead offshore/onshore teams and manage 24/7 global operations with a strong focus on ITIL processes and SLA compliance.

My hands-on strengths include Linux scripting, SQL, Java debugging, and building monitoring frameworks using Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics. I automate repetitive work, perform capacity planning, and run chaos/resilience drills to validate disaster recovery and high availability.
